For occasions with high requirements for iron removal, if the suspension height is required to be greater than the rated suspension height or the material thickness is greater than the rated thickness, the specifications of the iron separator should be appropriately increased or multi-stage iron removal is required.

　　2. When the user does not use conveyor belts but uses chutes, pipelines, chain conveyors, hoists and other equipment to transport materials, RCYF.G.T series pipeline permanent magnet separators should be used.

　　3. When the dust in the environment (such as coal dust, smoke, dust) is serious, choose CF, RCDB, RCDE series of electromagnetic iron separators, RCY series permanent magnetic iron separators

　　4. When the material contains metal materials that cannot be absorbed by the iron remover, the GJT series metal detector should be used to detect the metal, and the iron will be removed manually after the automatic shutdown.
