The TD75 type produced by Linqu Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. is widely used in metallurgy, coal, and transportation due to its large conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, low cost, and strong versatility through fixed belt conveyors (TD75 for short). , Building materials, mining, chemical, port and other departments, used to transport bulk materials or finished items. It can be arranged in a horizontal or inclined form according to process requirements.
The temperature of the material conveyed by TD75 belt conveyor is below 50C. The ambient temperature is between +40C-25C. If corresponding protective measures are taken, it can also be suitable for occasions with special requirements such as rain explosion-proof, waterproof, corrosion-proof, heat-resistant, and cold-resistant.

The bulk density of materials conveyed by TD75 belt conveyor is below 2.5t/m3.
This series can be divided into six specifications according to the bandwidth: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400mm.
According to the belt speed, it can be divided into eight kinds: 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, 3.15, 4.0m/s, etc. The conveying capacity in the table is calculated under the conditions of material capacity r=1.0t/m3, conveyor inclination angle of 00-70, and material dynamic accumulation angle of 300.
