1. Purpose and scope of use
The DT I and DT II (A) fixed belt conveyors produced by Linqu Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. are currently unified-designed general-purpose products in China. Their main parameters and performance conform to ISO international standards and are widely used in metallurgy, Mining, coal, ports, electric power, building materials, chemical, petroleum and other industries. The material is conveyed by a single machine or a multi-unit integrated transportation system, which can convey various bulk materials and finished items with a density of 500-2500kg/m3.
This series of conveyors can meet the requirements of horizontal and inclined conveying, and can also adopt the conveying form of the combination of bag convex arc, concave arc section and straight section. The material lumpiness allowed by the conveyor depends on the bandwidth, belt speed, groove angle and inclination angle. For the maximum block size used by various bandwidths, this series recommends selection according to Table 1.
2. Product specifications and main parameters
The belt speed range of this series is 0.8--6.5m/s, among which the common value is 0.8--5.0m/s. The belt speed, bandwidth, and matching capacity are shown in Table 2. (Note: 1. The conveying capacity is calculated based on horizontal transportation, the dynamic accumulation angle is 200, and the roller groove angle is 350. 2. The belt speed in the table is 4.5m/s , 5.6m/s is a non-standard value,-generally not recommended.)
