Overview:
The TH type bucket elevator produced by Linqu Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. has significant advantages such as large conveying capacity, high lifting degree, stable and reliable operation, and long life. Its main technical performance and parameters conform to the international standards of vertical bucket elevators and foreign advanced standards; the traction adopts circular chain, which conforms to the high-strength circular chain for mining.
Feature 1
1. Large conveying capacity. Compared with the HL type, the TH type with the same bucket width has a nearly one-fold increase in throughput;
2. It adopts assembled sprocket, with wheel body and rim connected by high-strength bolts. After the sprocket is worn to a certain degree, the bolts can be unscrewed, and the rim can be removed and replaced, which is convenient for replacement, saves disassembly and reduces maintenance costs.
3. The lower part of the fuselage adopts a heavy-hammer lever-type tensioning device to realize automatic tensioning. No adjustment is required after one installation, and a constant tension can be maintained to ensure the normal operation of the machine and avoid slippage or chain disconnection;
4. The traction part is a low-alloy high-strength round link chain. After proper heat treatment, it has high tensile strength, wear resistance and long service life. This hoist is used for mixing or gravity unloading and pick-up loading. It is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small lumpy materials with a bulk density of not more than 1.5 tons/m3, and the temperature of the materials should not exceed 250 degrees. .
There are two types of hoppers:
The middle-deep bucket is generally used for conveying wet, agglomerated, and difficult-to-throw materials, such as wet sand, molding sand, fertilizer, alkali powder, etc.
The deep bucket is generally used to convey dry, loose and easy-to-throw materials, such as cement, crushed stone, coal, etc.
The bucket elevator transmission device has two forms, respectively equipped with ZJ type reducer and ZQ type reducer. The ZJ-type shaft-mounted reducer is directly fitted on the spindle head, eliminating the need for hoist transmission platforms, couplings, etc., so that the TH-type bucket elevator has a compact structure, light weight, and a special-shaped roller backstop inside. The backstop is reliable, the reducer has low noise, stable operation, and floats with the main shaft, which can eliminate installation stress. The maximum conveying capacity of this machine is 365m3/h, and the maximum lifting height is 50m.
