It is currently a relatively advanced vertical lifting equipment in China, which has been widely used to lift various bulk materials, such as: ore, coal, cement, cement clinker, grain, fertilizer, etc. In various industrial countries, this type of hoist is widely used. Because of its high efficiency and energy saving, it has become the first choice to replace HL and TH type chain hoists.
The NE type hoist is a plate chain, gravity induced unloading and hoisting equipment, with advanced design principles and reliable operation of the whole machine.

6、 structural composition
NE plate chain bucket elevator is composed of running parts, driving device, upper device, middle casing and lower device.
1. Operating parts: It is composed of hopper and sleeve roller chain. NE15 and NE30 adopt single-row chains, and NE50-NE800 adopt double-row chains.
2. Drive device: It adopts Y series motor, which is composed of reducer (or directly with cycloidal pinwheel reducer motor) and chain drive. (Can be determined according to user requirements).
There are two types of drive devices: left-mounted and right-mounted. Respectively correspond to the left and right installation of the hoist.
Left installation: It is at the output shaft end of the reducer, facing the reducer, and the small transmission sprocket is on the right. Right installation: It is on the output shaft end of the reducer, facing the reducer, and the small transmission sprocket is on the left.
Note: The hoist drive platform is made of single-sided and three-sided platforms. Generally, three-sided platforms are used. When customers require single-sided platforms or maintenance racks, please indicate in the contract and the difference will be supplemented.
3. Upper device: There are upper cover, upper casing, head shaft assembly and other parts, backstop and discharge port are equipped with anti-return rubber plates.

5. Lower device: a tensioning device is installed, NE15-NE50 adopts spring tension, and NE100-NE800 adopts load box tension.
